Willie Nash is a 26-year-old Nashville recording artist from southern Michigan. He is currently writing songs for his 3rd album due sometime this year.
Willie Nash is a native of Wyandotte, Michigan who grew up on the sounds of the south and with a passion for singing. Slowly but surely Willie Nash is becoming a strong Country voice of Southern Michigan. The over all charm of his sound is honest. His stage presence will leave you wanting more, and hopefully you will be singing his songs on the way home.
Willie sites artists such as Waylon Jennings, Charlie Daniels, George Strait, Garth Brooks, and Bob Seger as major influences on his musical directions. In fact on Willie's latest album he recorded Bob Segers smash hit " Turn the Page" with a smooth little Nashville twist.
Willie's lifelong love of music has continually expanded and matured along the way. He believes that the road we take in life puts us on the path of developing who we are, and who we will become. Willie's dreams of becoming a successful recording artist seem to be approaching. With any luck the right person may take a listen, and make a dream come true.
-Steve Byrnes (Lead Guitar) has been playing guitar and multiple other instruments for most of his life and it shows. Although he would never admit it, at 24 years old Steve truly could hang his hat next to 90% of the pickers in Nashville.
Nick Byrnes (Bass Guitar) is Steve's brother and they have been playing together since they were young. Nick can quickly pick up any song you throw at him and play it like he's done it forever. His solid playing style makes it sound like you are listening to a 6 piece band. And don't forget...... Nick is the cowboy of the group.
Tim Dubay (Drums) is a new addition to the band, but has been playing with Steve, Nick and their dad Gerry Byrnes for years. Tim is also owns a flooring company, so if you need some new carpet or hardwood floors let him know. :)
* We have fun, we make fans, we love music-That is the Willie Nash Band......
